Return Policy for The Cave Mans LLC

At The Cave Mans LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at billy@cavemansllc.com to receive your return authorization and instructions. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing refunds once we receive the returned item.
